16-17 Oktober 2020, Kepemimpinan adalah proses memengaruhi atau memberi contoh oleh pemimpin kepada pengikutnya dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi. Selain itu, kepemimpinan merupakan faktor kunci dalam suksesnya suatu organisasi dan manajemen, serta entitas yang mengarahkan kerja para anggota organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi itu sendiri.

Adapun tujuan kegiatan Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan (LDK), antara lain:

1.      Melatih diri dalam memanajemen keorganisasian.

2.      Membentuk jiwa kepemimpinan bagi para siswa.

3.      Menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif antar anggota terhadap ketua.

4.      Mampu menertibkan dan mengefektifkan administrasi dengan baik.

5.      Mampu  memecahkan masalah yang terjadi pada sistem kepemimpinan.
